We collect your contact information when you make an order on our website. This information is kept in our database for our own use but will never be given or sold to any other parties. The only exception to this is when you order further services from one of our partners for coding or assistance in a specific topic and at this point, your name and contact email may be given to related partner in order for them to complete your request.

All our customers are automatically subscribed to our mailing announcements. Announcements are sent out from time to time regarding new releases, new products or services we have available, upcoming releases and/or features and anything else which may be of interest to customers.

Particularly those found on the forums where people can post links freely. Usuallly we don't catch up much spam postings, but you will never know...

All your datas stored on our perfomant servers and databases are safe. Either we don't profile you and your projects, neither we touch your data, except you authorize us for support reason. If so, we will ask for access your specific area where you encounter some problems to assist you.

Illegal Activities

If you are doing some illegal action on one of our infrastructures and we receive for example a written request by the public prosecutor's office and our lawyers confirm the legal standards, we'll fully cooperate with the prosectutors office and will grant access to your datas. Applicable right are the obligation rights of switzerland and not any applicable right from a third partie state. The area of jurisdiction is Kriens, LU, Switzerland.

The usual ready for service date depending on the domains you ordered or just tranfered -it needs a while to propagate the TLD through the Internet. After 24-72 hours all domains are propagated and your new domain is ready. 

Order Cancellation

Since we offer an affiliate programm for partners and community development, which included an automated payment to the affiliate, we will charge by an order cancellation EUR 30.- for the efforts we had.
